Fabrics and materials The exterior of the skin-friendly underblanket is made of polyester microfibre. The yarn of this fabric has been polished to create a cotton-like feel. The lining of the underblanket is our popular artificial rabbit skin. The 150 g fibre filling has the same advantages as down, but unlike down, it does not absorb any odours. Artificial rabbit skin is very comfortable for your horse to wear, especially for horses with sensitive skin or clipped horses. The lining creates an extra insulating layer to retain your horse's body heat and creates a shiny effect on the horse's coat.
