Refund policy

Refunds must be made within 14 days of purchase. (with some exceptions)

Sales of AirBags, gas cartridges and bombs are FINAL SALES, no refunds or exchanges for safety reasons.

When shopping online, we encourage you to read the size charts to choose the right size for your purchase.

For exchanges within the 14-day period, the product must be undamaged and unused. The label of the exchanged product must not have been removed. To be exchanged, the product must not have been worn or washed. All parts of the product must be intact and present at the time of exchange. The product must also be returned in its original packaging.

An original copy of the invoice must be presented at the time of product exchange to prove your purchase and the date of purchase.

Exchanges can only be made on the same item. However, size and/or color may vary. In the event of a price difference, the customer must assume the difference.

In the event of product defects, the manufacturer's warranty will apply.

EquiMavi excludes from its exchange policy on certain products: products ordered especially for you, products on liquidation or final sale and horse care products.

Procedures for online exchanges:

The above-mentioned conditions for exchanges apply to all purchases made online via our site. The returned product will be exchanged once the parcel has been received. The method of payment will be the same as the one used at the time of purchase. EquiMavi does not assume shipping charges (including taxes) on returned items, with a few pre-authorized exceptions.

Steps to make an exchange :

1. Exchange authorization: Exchanges must always be authorized by Equitavi Contact us by e-mail to inform us of your intention. Once Equimavi has authorized your trade-in, you can proceed with the next steps.

2. Return the parcel to the address we will give you. Return postage will be charged to the customer.

3. Confirmation of receipt: Once the parcel has been received by Equitavi, you will be contacted to confirm receipt of the product, and an agreement can then be reached for the shipment of the replacement product.
