Shipping policy

TAll items are normally kept in stock directly at Equitavi or with the product's distributor. Occasionally, items may be out of stock due to high demand or supply chain issues.

Please note that some products are shipped from Europe, so delivery times may be longer.

Delivery and returns
We offer delivery services throughout Canada, via Canada Post and UPS.

Due to Canadian regulations, air tanks can only be shipped by ground. Since air tanks are considered dangerous goods, a flat-rate handling charge may apply to orders containing a gas tank.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary, depending on your sector and product availability.

Delivery may therefore take just a few days, or a maximum of 4 to 6 weeks if the product has to be ordered from the supplier due to unavailability in the online store. If we anticipate a delivery time of more than 7 working days, we will contact you and you can choose whether or not to proceed with your order. In the alternative, Equitavi reserves the right to modify the price without notice in the event of a price increase by the supplier in order to renew the product's inventory, or to refund the product in the event of a product shortage.
