Description
The Velari Flex Loose Ring Snaffle Medium 20 mm offers a stable and moderate contact, ideal for horses needing clear communication while maintaining comfort. It has a slightly firmer feel than the Soft version, allowing for more precise aids without becoming harsh.
Made from a non-toxic, medium-firm synthetic material, this model offers more feedback than the soft version while maintaining a smooth, comfortable surface. The flexible internal core allows the bit to follow the natural movements of the jaw, promoting active chewing and relaxation without any feeling of instability in the hand.
The straight mouthpiece with medium flexibility offers a stable yet adaptable feel. It rests evenly on the tongue and bars, promoting consistent contact while maintaining comfort. The absence of joints prevents pinching and uneven pressure, allowing the horse to move confidently towards the bit. Its 20mm thickness ensures even pressure distribution, suitable for a wide variety of horses.
The free rings allow the mouthpiece to move freely, stimulating gentle chewing activity and helping the horse remain supple and responsive to the bit. This mobility supports precise rein aids and maintains a soft, responsive connection throughout the work.
Ideal for
Horses needing a balance between suppleness and structure
Riders working their horses regularly
Horses in transition between softer and firmer bits
