Special features With the Kentucky BIB, you no longer have to worry about chafing marks on the shoulders or withers. The BIB equalizes the pressure that the blanket exerts on the horse's chest or withers. It can be used in combination with all kinds of blankets. And now you can use the BIB when it rains.
Fabrics and materials The outer fabric of the BIB is 100% polyester and contains a waterproof coating. The flap that is in direct contact with the horse's skin is lined with artificial rabbit skin. This extremely soft material offers a very comfortable feel.
Shape and size This is a pad made of two flaps that you place on the front of the blanket, where the front closures are. One flap sits on the inside of the blanket, directly against the horse's chest. The other flap is then placed on the outside of the blanket to hold the BIB in place. The BIB has an internal channel to ensure it stays on the blanket.
Maintenance guide The Horse BIB Waterproof is washable at 30 degrees. Let it dry naturally. After washing the bib more than 5 times, we recommend using an activated carbon treatment.
