The classic outdoor rug is perfect for daily use in the paddock or meadow. Depending on your horse's needs, the rug is available in four different versions: 0g, 50g, 150g or 300g. The rug is resistant to all weather conditions thanks to its waterproof and dirt-repellent coating. The materials of this rug are lightweight and have a perfect fit, to offer maximum comfort.
Fabrics and materials
The classic 0g outdoor rug is made from a 600D ripstop polyester exterior with a breathable waterproof coating. This construction makes the rug highly tear-resistant. The lining of the rug is a smooth, antibacterial 210T polyester. This lining is easy to maintain as it does not smell and hair does not attach to it. The combination of these materials ensures that your horse stays dry in all weather conditions.
Shape and size
The classic waterproof has no seam at the back of the blanket, which avoids the risk of leakage. For extra warmth, you can use this blanket with an under blanket, such as the classic under blanket. In case your horse needs extra protection, a detachable neck cover can be purchased separately. The finishing touches are in Kentucky style: the blanket has 2 front closures made of brass and stainless steel, combined with a strong hook and loop fastener, two surcingles and a detachable tail cord.
Maintenance guide
The classic outdoor blanket can be washed at 30°. To ensure that the blanket remains waterproof, we recommend applying a new waterproof layer after washing it more than five times. Do not put the blanket in the dryer.
