The materials have been carefully tested and selected to ensure the blanket is durable and very easy to use. Thanks to the different thicknesses available, you can choose the blanket that best suits your horse's needs.
Fabrics and materials The outer layer of the stable blanket is made of 900D Ripstop polyester. Ripstop fabric contains reinforced yarn, making the blanket difficult to tear. Another advantage of this fabric is its ability to repel shavings, so you can easily brush hay and straw off the blanket. The filling consists of a fiberfill that performs similarly to down without absorbing odors. The inner lining of the blanket is a micro-polyester fiber with a cotton-like feel.
Shape and size The Stable Rug Classic can be used in combination with an under-rug. The rug will stay securely in place thanks to the polyester microfiber, the two front buckles, and the two surcingles.
Maintenance tips The cover is machine washable at 30 degrees (do not tumble dry). We recommend washing the cover once a month for best results.
