Fabrics and materials The show rug is made of high-tenacity 600D polyester with diamond quilting that is both elegant and timeless. This makes the rug incredibly tear-resistant and prevents shavings from sticking to the rug. To prevent any pressure on the shoulder and wither, the neck of the Show Rug is made from our popular artificial sheepskin. In addition to its elegant appearance, the artificial sheepskin is also much more comfortable. For example, when the horse eats, the rug will not press on the chest. The rug is filled with 160g of fiber filling, which has the same performance as down but does not absorb odors. To prevent rubbing marks, the rug is lined with our artificial rabbit fur. This fabric is extremely soft and creates a shiny effect on the horse's coat. In addition, the artificial rabbit fur creates tiny air pockets. These pockets trap and retain the horse's body heat, creating an additional insulating layer. The combination of these materials creates a highly breathable rug with a high warmth-to-weight ratio.

For better pressure distribution, the front flaps close like a Z, and the front closures are easily adjustable for a better fit. The surcingles are also adjustable and detachable. The buckles are made of stainless steel and therefore do not rust. The straps of the show rug are made from the same webbing as seatbelts, making them very strong. The brass finish of the buckles and the artificial leather parts give the rug a very chic look.
