Refund Policy

Refunds must be made within 30 days of purchase. (except for exceptions)

Sales of AirBags, gas cartridges and bombs are FINAL SALES, no refunds or exchanges for safety reasons.

When shopping online on the site, we encourage you to read the size charts in order to choose the appropriate size for your purchase.

When returning within 30 days, the product must be intact and unused. The label of the exchanged product must not have been removed. To be exchanged, the product cannot have been worn or washed. All product parts must be intact and present at the time of exchange. The product must also be returned in its original packaging.

An original copy of the invoice must be presented when exchanging products to prove your purchase and the date thereof.

Exchanges are only applicable on the same item. However, size and/or color may vary. In the event of a price difference, the customer must assume this difference.

In the event of a defect in your products, the manufacturer's warranty will apply.

Équitavi excludes from its exchange policy on certain products: products ordered especially for you, products on liquidation or final sale and horse care products.

Procedures for online exchanges:

The conditions mentioned above for exchanges apply to all purchases made online via our site . The exchange of the returned product will be carried out once the package is received. The payment method applied will be the same as that used during the purchase. Equitavi does not assume delivery costs (taxes included) on the returned item, except for a few pre-authorized exceptions.

The steps to make an exchange:

1. Exchange authorization: Exchanges must always be authorized by Équitavi Contact us by email to inform us of your intention. Upon receipt of the recovery authorization by Equimavi, you can proceed to the following steps.

2. Return the package to the address we will give you. Return costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

3. Confirmation of receipt: Once the package has been received by Équitavi, you will be contacted to confirm receipt of the product and an agreement can then be made to send the replacement product.
