Each airbag comes with the lanyard already installed: simply attach the carabiner to the saddle strap to use it (see tab above).\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"465\" data-end=\"736\"\u003eThe lanyard is equipped with a carabiner at one end and a ball-key at the other. The ball-key is positioned on the firing pin and keeps the mechanical system under tension. Attaching it to any other part of the saddle could prevent the airbag from deploying in the event of a fall.
